Platform & courses
Our platform is entirely online and 100% digital, with courses primarily delivered through e-learning. However, it is possible to complement these courses by organizing in-person conferences or workshops with our experts.
It is also possible to organise in-person workshops around Remixt courses, if not all your teams have access to a computer and/or e-mail address. Let’s talk about it!
You have the flexibility to select the themes you wish to implement! A dedicated project manager is available to help you choose courses that align with your challenges, company culture, D&I calendar, legal obligations, etc. Our annual license grants access to three courses per year, which can be deployed either simultaneously or separately.
We recommend scheduling a demo meeting with one of our experts to understand how we operate and get an overview of our themes and modules. Following this meeting, we can provide temporary, free access to test the platform if needed.
The deployment time depends on the chosen package. For example, the « personalised » package may require more time due to the level of personalisation involved. On average, we can deploy the platform in less than 2 weeks after the initial onboarding meeting.
Each training course lasts between 15 and 20 minutes.
Our offering includes 3 courses per year. However, we can adapt to meet your organisation’s specific needs. Let’s talk about it!
Your organisation has access to the courses for as long as you are under contract with us. All acquired modules will be retained and updated by our team as long as your license is active. However, if your subscription expires, you will no longer have access to our content.
Your teams can rate each course when finished (from 1 to 5 stars) on several satisfaction questions. These ratings are then accessible on your dashboard, where you can view them transparently. Our courses are highly successful across all types of employees (age, gender, job category, etc.). The average rating is 4.5 stars out of 5 across more than 30,000 completed training courses.
Dashboard
Our « Training Check » tool allows you to monitor your teams’ participation by downloading a CSV file that includes your employees’ email addresses. You will get real-time updates on who has completed the training, who has not, and which employees have obtained their certificates of completion. Training Check also allows you to follow up with a single click for those who have not yet completed their courses.
The dashboard provides real-time insights into your teams’ data. It allows you to track participation rates by profile (age, gender, team, etc.), response percentages to surveys and quizzes, free-form contributions (safe boxes), and the number of participations per week.
Yes, survey responses are anonymous. Only the selected profiles (age, gender, team, etc.) appear and are associated with the responses.
Remixt operates like a voting booth: the software allows you to track who has participated initially, by name, and who has completed or validated their training course. However, similar to a voting booth, responses to questions and surveys are anonymous. Even Remixt cannot identify the individuals behind the responses.
LMS integration
Yes, you can integrate Remixt training modules directly into your LMS or intranet, as we can provide them in SCORM format.
Yes, the SCORM modules that you can integrate into your LMS are connected to the Remixt dashboard.
Yes, it is possible to create a custom platform dedicated solely to surveys. Let’s talk about it!
Learners
Learners can log in using their professional email addresses, they will receive an authentication PIN as your organisation’s e-mail extensions have already been entered when the dedicated platform was created.
You can retake the module as many times as necessary to obtain the validation certificate.
New recruits can take part in training courses as soon as they receive their professional e-mail address.
Prices
The cost of Remixt depends on both the number of employees in your organisation and the package you choose. We have 3 packages (Essential / Advanced / Personalised) to suit the needs of every organisation. Let’s talk about it during a demo meeting!
We operate on an annual subscription basis, providing you access to 3 training courses per year. If you only need one course, let’s discuss your needs during a demo meeting and provide you with a personalised quote.
There are several types of financial support available that many of our clients have already used:
- Your OPCO (skills operator) may cover some or all of your subscription costs
- If you contribute to AGEFIPH (French fund for the professional inclusion of people with disabilities), you can deduct up to 10% of the amount by subscribing to our Remixt offer, through a simple declaration.
- For public organisations, state aids such as the FEP (French fund for professional equality) also available.
